If you employ WAO people you will get a state subsidy

You are then allowed to work the worker until they are crippled,
then you are allowed to dump them for free on the Dutch
unemployment without any questions being asked. There will be
no medical assessement of the injured worker after you crippled
them, the Dutch state will even allow you to keep the money
even if it is your fault that they can no longer work.
