I am gonna be potting plants for 25 hours a week for less
money that I am getting on the unemployment. The place
I have to work in is so far away from where I live, it
would take a one hour flight by Concorde to get there.

The Dutch have crippled me, and they left me to rot on
the unemployment in poverty for four years. And now
all I am given in return is a shite low paid slavery job in
a shitty greenhouse, working on the cheap for the
Crooked Dutch government.

What a load of shite this country is, it is no wonder

on this planet !!

I miss you lot so I came back. Anyway I have nowhere
else to go, cos I was banned from the werk.nl forum
last week for trying to sell two police agent diplomas
that I found laying in the street. I had no money to buy
food and I was really hungry, so I tried to sell them for
100 euro's on the forum, so that I could afford to eat.
One of the diplomas was for pepper spray use, the
other one was for security or something like that.

dagelijks 50-100 km in Nederland reizen voor hun werk. In de UK, Canada,
USA, Australië, e.d. is een reisafstand van 50 km een kippeneindje.
Daarnaast: de meeste Nederlandse werknemers kennen het begrip 'vergoeding
woon/werkverkeer'. De belasting ziet het ook als een aftrekpost.

Er zijn mensen die 40 uur werken en ook 2 uur per dag reizen.

The Roteb did not wanna employ me cos they
said that my leg was too high risk of getting
injured again, they already rejected me once
for that reason. But the SOS made them take
me this time so they could dump me. The
Roteb are just dragging their feet cos they
don't wanna be liable for me.They already
told me that as well.

I am left in an impossible situation, with
seemingly no way out. No work, no future,
no money !!! Is that all that Holland can|

Don't worry, it's nothing personal: I was forced to work too when I
needed social welfare. Also in a job that's far away from anything I'd
ever want, and I'm Dutch. It's people with wages far above 900 euro a
month who make this kind of 'little plans', and they get praised for
it, while a part of this country knows slavery again (or hunger).

If I have to work for my social security money, why
did I have to pay insurance against unemployment
for years when I had work ? We are being made to
pay the insurance, but if you claim it cos you are out
of work, people call you a lazy scrounger. They
are charging us twice for the same thing actually,
the government is on the Crook.

I was so hungry last week when I found the diplomas,
I was really tempted to sell them so I could buy some
food. An old lady from over the street brought me a
bag of shopping the other week when she heard that
I had no money.

Now I gotta work just to stay as poor as I am now,
this system is just so Crooked. I just hope that the
crappy greenhouse where I have to work is gonna
get destroyed by a tornado or something before I
have to start there.

Niets te danken. Je moet vanaf nu gewoon werken voor je geld. (25 uur,

I phoned my Wanker sos klient manager up today to

His advice,,,,,Look for a second job, even though

I had to work packing spices on the cheap for your shitty
government yesterday, the first thing I was asked when I
got to my work place was if I could count to ten. I said
to the woman who asked me, I am partly handikapt
cos of a leg injury, I am not bloody stupid. Although I
had already pissed them all off cos I had, had a row
with the foreman who was dishing work out, cos I did
not wanna do any standing work, I noticed how icey
everyone was towards me after that. I only ever
worked there once as well ! Typical Dutch !!!!

hard enough, I asked the manager how we are
suposed to be motivated to work if none of us
are being paid more than our unemployment
money !

Society demands that the unemployed work for

I was talking to a street robber who I work with
today, he has got to work six days of punishment
out with the plants. I told him that I have done
nothing wrong I have never broken the law and
yet I gotta work for the rest of my life with the
fucking plants, while he only gets just over a
week.

One guy was telling us today that when he went for
for another job and he told the interviewer that he
works at Roteb plant division, they asked him if he
has got mental problems, they did not wanna know
him after he told them where he works . If you
work at this place your chances of finding another
job decrease cos everyone thinks that you are
mental ! Even my friends make fun of me now, the
belief on the streets is that if you work in the
greenhouse with the plants and the retards, you
must be crazy !!!

fired by your boss. You will be called a scrounger,
a cheat and told that you wanted to lose your
job cos you are lazy.Then you will be immediatly
taken around to the back entrance and you will
be signed up to work for the same scabby boss,
but now you will be working for your social
security money on the cheap, even probably
doing exactly the same job as you were doing
just before you were fired. Your seat will even
still be warm.

The reality is, that Dutch society has become so
heartless and greedy, it insists that the unemployed
have to work for their money. Old people, sick
and infurm people, no one is spared at all, where
will it stop ? Plus we are still filling in begging forms
for clothes and help with paying bills cos we earn
so little and after all that, the working unemployed
still get all the abuse from everyone for being a
drain on the state as well. How much does society
wanna kick people who are down on their luck ?

If I have a house fire or a car crash and I claim
the insurance money, will I be called a scrounger
as well by the government and society ? If I
pay insurance against unemployment like I have
done and I make a claim cos I lose my job, I am
called a scrounger,, what is the difference ?

even afford to buy food in the kantine, luckily
coffee at work is free or I would not even have
the money to buy a drink. The rain was soaking
me while I was cycling this morning, Dutch society
is so cruel to unemployed people, I got soaked
for sod all really.

At work the over manning is rediculous, there are
loads of us doing vertually fuck all cos there is
fuck all to do. Pick a plant up, put it down again
20 cm futher up the table. Next worker and the
next have to do the same. By the end of the day
the fucking plant has been picked up and moved
by everyone.

At the place where I work it takes three people to
eat a dinner, one person holds the knife, one holds
the fork, and if you are not careful one other person
bloody eats the food for you, while you are made
to move a plant for the 50th time !!!!

I should be more gratefull ? The bastard Roteb
have not even given me any work shoes yet after
more than five weeks of work, they keep on
making excuses not to give me them. I need
orthopedic shoes and the Roteb don't wanna
pay to have them made cos they cost a lot, I
am having to go to work in my own shoes
and they are so knackered the soal is falling off.
The manager told me four times that I have to
get a letter from my doctor to prove that I need
the aangepast shoes, I told the lying weasel four
times that I have already given them the fucking
letter.

It was funny yesterday at work, the plant potting
machine needs filling very regular with pot grond,
and it can only be done with the hef truk We had
to wait with 5 people almost an hour for the hef
truk driver to fill the machine cos he was busy,
no one without a certificate may use it. I just kept
my mouth shut and I just sat down talking to my
collegues, I never mentioned that I have a hef truk
certificate and that I am allowed to fill the machine.
Fuck off for 700 euro a month, they ain't using
any of my diplomas and I am doing as little as I
can poissibly get away with as well.

Now the Dutch even make me work without
propper safety shoes.

een groter lezersgebied te uiten.
Zijn merkwaardige én weer in de Engelse taal gestelde reactie doen me nog
steeds denken, dat Andy meer publiciteit verdient. Maar dan wordt het wel
een item, waar voor Andy (die toch niets wil aannemen) een 'vervelend'
artikel uitrolt..
Zijn, zonder enige remmen, afgeven op ons staatsbestel en de manier waarop
wij Nederlanders daar invulling aangeven, wordt toch wel misselijk
(Natuurlijk, als Rotterdammer weet ik wat kankeren is. Maar zolang door -
wel dan niet eerlijke - verkiezingen een door ons getoleerde regering en

gaat echt niet op. Je hebt het recht op een ww-uitkering, dat is juist! Maar
je hebt dan ook de plicht om zo snel mogelijk een andere baan te zoeken. En
daar hoor ik jou nooit over.
Dat SZ (of wie dan ook) jou bij de ROTEB plaatst om iets met planten te doen
(bedoel je echt de reinigingsdienst of moet ik aan de plantsoenendienst
denken?), is niet zo zeer om op enige wijze wijzer van jou te worden, maar
om je in het arbeidsritme (zeg desnoods -sleur) te houden. Heb je genoeg van
dat soort werk? Pak dan elke mogelijkheid die jou direct of indirect wordt
geboden. Voor mij lijkt het erop, dat je sommige reacties in deze NG slecht
leest/begrijpt.
Voor de allergrootste meerderheid Nederlanders behoeven mensen, die zoals

Wat een onzin. Veruit de meeste mensen die veel geld verdienen moeten
daar kei en keihard voor werken. Uiteraard zijn er enkelen die het

hell I am gonna be popular with my new boss.
All I can hear is a high pitch whistle in both of
my hurting ears, and I have had a headache
for a week as well. I hate ear infections and I
have had so many.

I just sollicitated for work by a company who
are looking for a photographer who has got
photographic experience. It sounds like they
could be looking for me, so I just sent them
an email with a couple of my best photo's
to show them that I am gifted in this field of
work..

My new Ramones calendars are very popular,
hundreds of people came to my web site
over the past few days to download them. I
am glad that I am at least producing something
again, cos I was feeling so useless, artwork is
cool for people to look at, and it keeps me
busy as well.

Ze hebben net mijn uitkering stop gezet,
nu leef ik van alleen maar 25 uur werk

I work with an autistic 21 year old chinese
kid who can hardly speak, cos an accident
parylised his arm, and that has crippled his
shoulder, neck and his voice box. The poor
kid is almost a prisoner inside his own
body, I am thinking of some lyrics for a
song to bring this out to the world. We
call him Bruce Lee cos he moves all the
time like Bruce did, to try and fight the
never ending muscle spasms that cripple
his young body. He has to take medicine
but it makes him fall asleep and feel ill,
on friday the smell of the plants were
making him puke up.

Me and this other guy called Albert talk
to him, we do quizzes to keep him and
his mind active, and ours in fact as well.
The kid can do nothing at all, but Dutch
society wanna see the sick and the
unemployed working for their money.
He feels embarrased having to go on
the tram to work, cos everyone looks
at him like he is crazy.

This kids mind is as sharp as yours and
mine, but he is locked inside a crippled
body and he can almost not speak. I
watch the thing attack him, I see his
teeth crushing together with strain, I
see him fighting to get a few words out.
It almost makes me cry cos I wish I
could help him and I know that I
cannot.

Dutch society is so cruel, what benefit can
there be, by making an autistic kid who
has got a parylized arm, and terrible muscle
spasms work for his cash ? Balkenende
gets one more "scrounger" kicked off of
the unemployment, and the Dutch people
praise him cos they are a load of
Heartless fucking Tossers !!!

I went into work without work shoes last week
cos mine were knackered. Today they got a
shoemaker in to come and measure my feet for
my new ones during work. I have a feeling that
if I had not gone last week without shoes I
would not have got new ones.

This will be the first pair of orthopedic shoes that
I have not had to buy myself, I already paid part
of the money for the last three pairs, plus I was
also paying for the insurance at the zilveren kruis
myself as well.

YouDutch moan like hell at me but it ain't fare at
all me having to pay for them. Buying those
shoes for the rest of my life will cost me a
fortune, especially when I leave Holland if the
country that I go too don't wanna pay.

ending mountain of vine stalk I am cutting
stupid pointles fucking plants until my brain

person is cutting at the very, very least
5000 of these stupid plant pieces a day,
the quick people can do about five
times as much as that I recon. I said to
the supervisor that this work is a con, I
said that there are four tables of at least
5 people, we are cutting at least 80000
stalks a day and there aint room in the
place to plant them all in pots. He told
me that they go for export to Italy, is
that Italy ? The Italy that has loads and
loads of vine cos it is so bloody hot
there ? Is this the Italy that ships in vine
from a shitty government company
in Holland, cos it is too difficult for
Italians to get a pair of scissors and
spend less than 10 seconds cutting
a couple of pieces for themselves,
thus saving the transport costs ?

I would not be surprised if the stalks are
shipped straight to the closest Roteb
incinerator, and we are all just doing
pointless monkey work that costs the
Dutch tax payer millions of euros to
run.

The supervisor told me that I am thinking
too much, I should be working he said.

good legs to support the 40 kilos evenly
throughout his body ? One of my legs is
twisted and my foot and ankle are so
fucked they can barely support my body
weight for long. If I pick 40 kilos up,
cos I am not stood straight the load can
put my back and neck out, I get a
lot of back trouble as it is cos I walk so
uneven now.

Na een dubbele herseninfarct ben ik rechtszijdig verlamd achtergelaten.
Om te lopen heb ik een linkerbeen/voet en om m'n 'handen' te gebruiken mag
ik over een linkerarm/hand beschikken.
Typen kan ik uitsluitend met de linkerwijsvinger; daarmee schrijf ik halve
kranten vol.
Toen ik na de beroertes het revalidatiecentrum verliet, werd mij gezegd dat
ik de rest van mijn leven een rolstoelpatient zou zijn. Dat was in oktober
2000. In mei/juni reed ik (zonder rolstoel!) met een camper 4 weken door de
Canadese Rocky Mountains.
Mijn 'Pausmobiel' (Suzuki Wagon R) brengt mij overal waar ik wil/moet zijn;
de rolstoel staat nutteloos in de kelder.
Geloof me: ik heb genoeg redenen om op de maatschappij te kankeren. Maar
zolang vandaag beter is dan gisteren, maar vandaag ook slechter is dan
morgen denk ik de wereld aan te kunnen.
Waar een wil is, is een weg!

ps Koen, waarom schrijf je in 't Engels aan Andy. Hij is al ca 20 jaar
Nederlander! Dat is hij geworden, omdat het in ons land veel beter is dan in
de UK.

my left leg amputated, it sounds crazy

Peter het gaat niet alleen maar over geld. Het
gaat ook over het werken in een omgeving
waar iedereen ziek of gehandicapt is, het
gaat over het eentonig "aap Werk", wat wij
voor ons geld moeten doen.

De Sos betalen minder dan de WW.Ik
bedoelde ook dat ik 200 euro per maand
boven mijn uitkering mag verdienen.

Er zijn regelmatig vacatures voor heftruckchauffeurs,
zelfs in deeltijd.
Google is je vriend. 90% van de hits op
heftruckchauffeur rotterdam vacature
is waarschijnlijk verouderd of rommel,
maar je bent nu toch ziek thuis, dus kun je wel een paar
uurtjes eraan besteden om de paar goede te vinden. En lukt
het deze maand niet, dan misschien volgende maand.
